Terms of Use
Effective date: 9 October 2026
About the service
CADI is a personal AI assistant. You talk to it by text and voice, and it helps you plan your day: it creates tasks, timeline entries and reminders, and sends you a morning digest and in-app cards. CADI also has a messenger for talking to other users: chats, group chats, and voice and video calls.
By creating an account or using CADI, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You need an account to use CADI, either with an email and password or with Google. CADI is not intended for children under 13.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password secret and do not share access to your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you see a sign-in that was not you, end that session in Profile → Devices and sessions, change your password and write to us.
Acceptable use
When you use CADI, do not:
- post or send illegal content, or content that infringes other people's rights, including copyright;
- insult, harass, threaten or spam other users;
- pretend to be someone else;
- try to break into the service, access other people's accounts or data, get around its limits or disrupt CADI, including with automated tools;
- use CADI for anything the law forbids.
AI limitations
CADI's replies are generated by artificial intelligence. CADI can make mistakes: it may misunderstand a request, mishear speech, get a time wrong or give incorrect information. Double-check anything important.
Do not rely on CADI for medical, legal or financial decisions. Ask a qualified professional instead.
Reminders and notifications depend on your device, its settings and your internet connection. We cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives on time. Do not use CADI as the only way to remember something that really matters.
Your content
Everything you create and upload in CADI, such as messages, voice messages, files, photos, videos, tasks and notes, stays yours.
You allow us to store and process that content only as far as the service needs to work: for example, so CADI can reply to a message or so your message reaches the person you sent it to. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed.
You are responsible for the content you send and confirm that you have the right to send it.
Deleting your account and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Data and events. The account and everything in it are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
We may restrict access to CADI or suspend an account if it is used in breach of these terms or the law, or where this is needed to protect other users or the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
CADI is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and free of errors, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, run without interruption or suit your particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, the consequences of decisions made based on CADI's replies, or missed or late reminders.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date. We will give notice of significant changes in advance, in the app or by email. If you keep using CADI after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.
